Опис

Atlantic Goldenrod is a native perennial of moist, open woodlands, forest margins, and stream banks across the eastern United States, valuable as one of the few goldenrods that tolerates significant shade and moist conditions — making it a useful bridge between the sunny meadow and shaded woodland garden. The distinctive, open, arching inflorescence with well-separated clusters of bright yellow flowers differs from the more tightly packed plume of common goldenrod and is produced from August through October, providing late-season nectar for native bees, moths, and migrating monarch butterflies. A versatile native that thrives along shaded stream banks and moist woodland edges, Atlantic Goldenrod fills an ecological niche not covered by most other goldenrod species. Direct sow seeds in fall in moist, slightly acidic, humus-rich soil in partial shade to full sun; established plants spread modestly by rhizomes and are long-lived in appropriate moist, semi-shaded conditions. Спосіб посадки: Посів у відкритий ґрунт Відстань між рослинами: 12–18 дюймів Висота: 24–60 дюймів Дні до схожості: 14–21 Температура ґрунту для схожості: 13–21°C
